To make Homie Loans, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates’ (“Homie”) websites and applications (collectively the “Sites”) work properly, and to provide the most relevant products and services to our customers, we place small data files called cookies on your device. This Cookie Notice provides you with information about cookies and how to control them on our Sites.
What are Cookies, Web Beacons and Pixels?
A cookie is a string of information that is sent by a website and stored on your hard drive or temporarily in your device’s memory that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Cookies on our Sites may be delivered in a first-party (set by a Homie Site) or third-party (set by another website or app) context and may also be set in association with emails you receive from us.
Portions of the Services may also include web beacons or pixels, which are electronic files to count users who have visited that page, to track activity over time and across different websites, to identify certain cookies on the computer or other electronic device accessing that page, or to collect other related information, and this information may be associated with your unique browser, device identifier, or Internet Protocol address. We may, for example, implement a pixel on the pages of the Services where you view certain advertisements or links to service providers so that we can track whether you visit a website associated with that advertisement or service provider at a later time.
